Match report
A depleted reserve side made the long trip to Tonbridge, where they got a deserved draw against the Angels.
With a relatively inexperienced lineup the Dons had the best of the first half, with Earp coming closest to scoring when his header from During's cross flashed just wide. Morley did find the back of the net with a good left-footed shot but an unpredictable linesman had his flag up for offside. Within seconds of the restart debutante Ryan O'Sullivan, who replaced another debutante Liam Hurrel at half time, almost scored with his first touch of the game, but his shot just went past the far post. As the game wore on the home side did most of the pressing but with Merry in good form and Ward and Elliott standing firm at the back another clean sheet was secured.
