Profile: Talented young central defender now becoming a fixture at the heart of the Dons defence. One of a number of players recruited from Hendon by Dave Anderson, 'Frankie' has now clocked up well over a century of appearances for the club and this former Fulham, Hampton and Slough defender is proving to be something of a crowd favourite who is able to use his aerial ability at set pieces to weigh in with the occasional goal, which included a 'perfect' hat-trick in the 9-0 demolition of Slough. Certainly a player who had the talent to keep pace with Wimbledon's ambition to rise through the non-league pyramid whose displays earned both the WISA and Player's Player of the Year awards for 2006/7, before his surprise announcement that he was leaving to take up a coaching position with an American college in March 2008.
