Profile: Another defender who has caught the eye of the AFCW management whilst playing for the opposition. Wayne began his career at Raynes Park Vale, but stood out playing in the heart of the Banstead Athletic defence where he was voted 'Player of the Year' at Merland Rise by both the Committee and A's Manager Bob Langford. An intelligent and cultured defender in the style of Chris Perry, who has featured at both right back and centre half for the Dons and has proved an invaluable squad member. Possesses a prodigiously long throw and always appears comfortable on the ball.
