Profile: Roehampton-born former Millwall trainee who cost Sheffield United £117,000 to prise him from The Den in 1995. Spent two successful stints at both Southend United and Kingstonian before Stevenage Borough manager Mark Stimson brought him to Broadhall Way after a coaching spell in Spain and 'Beardo' racked up nearly half a century of appearances at Boro, culminating in their 2007 FA Trophy victory at Wembley. Became player/coach at St. Albans City at the start of this season before a regime change at Clarence Park saw Terry Brown move quickly to bring the 'terrier-like' right-back-cum-midfielder to Kingsmeadow.
