Profile: 22 year-old former Charlton Athletic trainee, whose spell at The Valley included an FA Youth Cup Semi Final appearance against Manchester United at Old Trafford. Moved on to Conference South Lewes where the free-scoring central midfielder notched a seasonal high tally of 18 goals before signing for Aldershot in December 2006. Well known to both Terry Brown and Stuart Cash - having previously played under both of them - Karl was expected to provide some much needed firepower to support the strikers, but his season was often disrupted by injury. Loaned to Bromley towards the end of the campaign and subsequently released by Terry Brown in May 2008. Updated [08 May 2008]
