Synopsis
After the last two weeks performances, this was a poor showing by the ladies. Losing Keisha Ramos so early on didn't help at all, and with Beth Sims still on holiday they were devoid of ideas up front after that, and never really looked like scoring. Millwall Lionesses kept up the pressure for the full 90 minutes, and at times only Michelle Riley and Rachel Axon stood between them and more goals. Lauren Nuttall and Amy Price both put in decent performances, but the rest of the team were below par and it was a comfortable win for Millwall, albeit from a soft goal.
