Sunday 10 September 2006 West Surrey Youth League U11 Premier North
AFC Wimbledon kicked off their campaign with an outstanding display of pass and move football against a brave Wallington side that never gave up on Sunday morning. The Dons were in total control from the start and were 4 - 0 up at half time with Charlie Bulmer, Henry Peuble, Eddie Pinder and Charlie Gavin the scorers. Once the new players blended with the existing boys from last season, the floodgates really opened and 8 second half goals were added from Eddie Pinder 2, Charlie Gavin, Charlie Bulmer, Nick Butler 2, Chris Caswell and an own goal. An outstanding performance that gives great encouragement for the season ahead.
