Tonbridge Angels Reserves
Match report
The reserves entertained a strong side from Tonbridge Angels.
Unfortunately a strong wind made playing conditions far from ideal. However, the Dons still managed to maintain their good form and took a first half lead when Skinner was put through on the right and, outstripping the defence, took his time before coolly burying the ball in the back of the net. Despite having the majority of the play, further chances were not taken and about ten minutes from time the visitors scored a fortunate equaliser when, from over 40 yards out, the full back shinned a ball which flew up in the air, was caught by the wind and sailed over Merry and just under the bar.
