Sunday 06 November 2005 Surrey County Girls League U14 Premier
In swirling wind and heavy rain, the Dons girls fought back from conceding two early goals only to let the game slip away in the dying seconds.
Two down at half-time, Melika Jordan's first goal for the club in the 50th minute visibly lifted the team and only four minutes later Rebecca Simper equalised.
Despite constant pressure, the Dons were unable to break through the Bracknell defence and were sucker punched with only two minutes left on the clock. Even then the girls fought bravely back, and Charlotte Crisp hit the bar with the last kick of the match.
