Wimbledon controlled this game from start to finish and there was only ever going to be one winner. They broke the deadlock early on with a well-taken penalty by Callum Glavey. Their lead was doubled when Reece Hannigan hit a bullet of a shot from 25 yards which the keeper had no chance with. This was the first of three goals in three minutes with Sam Toms and Callum Glavey both finding the back of the net. On the stroke of half time Callum Glavey completed his hat-trick. Not to be out-done, Sam Toms also completed his hat-trick by scoring two more goals in the second half. Tolworth tried hard to find a consolation goal but the Wimbledon defence stood firm and were in no mood to give up their clean sheet.
